The Porch Partner's Guide to Hosting a Milk Stop
Signs, flyers, wallet cards and posts — everything you need to bring the neighbours onto your stop.

Welcome, Porch Partner
We're glad you're here.
A milk stop only works because someone is willing to let the neighbours come to their porch. Every household that joins your stop is one more family drinking milk from a single farm up the road instead of a gallon blended from a dozen dairies in three states. That's the whole point of what we do, and you're the reason it reaches further than our own driveway.
Hosting is meant to be simple. We bottle on delivery morning, we drop the crate, and you leave it where your neighbours can find it. That's it. Everything below is free and yours to use whenever you want.
Thank you for letting us park on your porch.
— Kristin, Jason, and the Monroe Creamery family
What You Get, What You Do
Your rewards
Your own half gallon free every week, once ten households are collecting from your porch.
No bottle deposit on your own milk, ever.
Free signs, flyers, wallet cards and social posts, restocked whenever you run low.
Your part of the deal
Keep the spot ready. On delivery day the porch just needs to be clear and the cooler clean. We bring the crate; you bring the space.
Cold chain is the one that matters. Milk isn't produce. Keep the cooler in the shade with the ice packs we supply, and remind neighbours to collect the same day. If a bottle is still sitting there at the end of the day, text us.
Empties go back in the crate. Clean, unbroken bottles returned to the crate put the $2 deposit back on each neighbour's account within 48 hours.
Tell us when something's off. A missed delivery, a bottle that didn't taste right, a week you'll be away. We'd always rather hear it early.
Your Print Kit
Print these, put them where your neighbours will see them, and restock when you run low. Text us any time and we'll bring more out with your milk.
The central flyer
8.5×11, print-ready. For a stack by the door, a mailbox drop, or a community board.
Delivery-day porch sign
11×17, two wordings. Set it out on delivery morning so a first-timer finds the right house.
Yard signs and window cling
18×12 yard sign in three wordings, plus an 8×8 window cling. We'd pick “Milk Stops Here.”
Wallet card
3.5×2, double-sided with a QR code. For your pocket — school pickup, church, the gym, anyone who stops to chat.
Posts and Captions
These are written in your voice, not ours — like you're telling a neighbour, not selling to them. Copy one, change anything that doesn't sound like you, post it.
